Program:
18.00-19.00: Project Presentation & Drinks: On the need for independent storytelling, the importance of grassroots actors and movements, the many potentials of rural regions, and the power of entangled landscapes & relations (open for everyone interested - free participation).
19.00- 23.00: 6-course dinner by Rito Pane & a selection of beautiful wines from Abruzzo from regenerative winemakers such as De Fermo, Lammidia, Montetino, Colle Florido, and Emidio Pepe.

About Rito Pane:
Rito Pane is a "Wholesome, whole-wheat, home restaurant and bakery" located in Stiffe, Abruzzo, Italy. Here, Claire Staroccia & Dan Gibeon make bread and cook food, working by their motto of not doing much to things that already taste amazing. Prior to starting Rito Pane, Claire & Dan worked at Silo Restaurant, with Dan and Claire as co-head chefs - so we can promise you a very special dinner experience!

We are honoured to be hosting this celebration of Entangled Landscapes vol.1 at Rosebar Centrala, which is the new (soon-to-open!) and stunning restaurant by dear friends Ola Szwarc & Nadim Amin. A magical place, build on care, curiosity, and a deep commitment to the exploration of what it means to run a responsible restaurant. A place where many special evenings are bound to unfold.
About Entangled Landscapes:
Entangled Landscapes is our second print publication and a sister publication to The Preserve Journal.
Through Entangled Landscapes, we will be Telling Regional Food Stories from the intersections of food, agriculture, and sustainability. We will be exploring the myriad regions of the world and their distinct food cultures, agricultural landscapes, and the nourishing practices and inspiring beings who have shaped, and continue to shape these.
With Entangled Landscapes, we seek to tell stories of practices that nourish the landscapes and the world around them, and which create more life than they destroy. Practices that do not rely on the dominating logic of exploitation for profit, but which rather reimagine a present and future that is nourishing, responsible, and resilient; ways of living that enable flourishing, rather than extinction.
Each volume of Entangled Landscapes will be dedicated to one selected region of the world and the inspiring work unfolding there. We are excited to announce that Volume 1 of Entangled Landscapes will be dedicated to the Italian region of Abruzzo.
There is much to say about Entangled Landscapes, and we cannot wait to tell and show you more.
Cancellation:
Refunds will be issued in full for refund requests received on or before 11/11-2023. After this date, partial refunds (50%) will be issued for refund requests received on or before 15/11-2023. After this date, no refunds will be issued. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
